Balanced diet to avoid disruption of cholesterol

If you look at typical meal most people in Asia, especially in Indonesia, healthy living experts will certainly criticize at length about the life of the people of Indonesia. Facts say, when you wake up in the morning, which is available at the dinner table was a bowl of fried foods or instant noodles. For lunch usually filled with rice and a heavy meal at least one side dish that also fried. Likewise for dinner. In the meantime, in between meals, chew many small meals that are generally also not far away from fried foods.

In the community the higher economic level, the problems are not too much different. Although they eat at fast food restaurants, it still is food eaten foods that contain lots of saturated fat.

Cholesterol is touted as one of the main triggers the onset of degenerative diseases, such as coronary heart disease. In Indonesia, the disease is thought to be one cause of death.

Speaking of cholesterol, have to distinguish between the good cholesterol, the HDL (high-density lipoprotein), cholesterol and evil, the LDL (Low-density lipoprotein). Called evil because high LDL levels would encourage deposition in arterial walls of blood vessels that lead to the occurrence of coronary heart disease. As is known, the size of total cholesterol is a combination of high-density and low-density lipoprotein of type is then added from other factors, and it was for many years used to predict the risk of heart disease in a person.

On the other hand, polyunsaturated fatty acids (polyunsaturated fatty acids) are known to help prevent the occurrence of coronary heart disease, whereas monounsaturated fatty acids (monounsaturated fatty acids) has been no new information. However, the monounsaturated fatty acid which is now known as omega-9 is being studied.

If you include people who have the potential to experience health problems caused by cholesterol, you should note early on your diet. It would be better reduced gradually so that you will be healthier.
