The Da Vinci Penthouse in Jakarta

In Jakarta, we will see the hotel which decorated like a classical architecture from Europe. The da vinci penthouse is the only penthouse in Asia designed in classical style, and is one of the tallest buildings in Indonesia. The high penthouse ceilings, ranging from 3.2 to 4.2 meters, create a sense of comfort and elegance. Three concepts have inspired the design of these Penthouses: security, privacy, and elegance.

The security is ensured by the 24-hour security staff of 30 personels, a video phone system, a finger scan system, CCTV (Close Circuit Television) monitoring, private card access, and 24 hour valet parking. Seems the security so safe and it will makes us feel safety on the penthouse.

Privacy is created by through the limited numbers of units, and private lifts to provide private access. Elegance is manifested in the perfection of the exterior and interior design details. 

The units are of three types: Penthouse, Deluxe Penthouse, and Grand Penthouse. Interior design work will be provided at no additional charge by the Da Vinci interior team, in line with each owner`s individual taste. Each penthouse has floor space of either 340 or 382 square meters.

One the unique feature of every Da Vinci Penthouse unit is that the rooms and balconies are designed to catch the morning sun and to have a unimpeded view of Jakarta`s main street.Yet at the same time, residents will be undisturbed by the clamour of the city, as all units have triple-glazed windows.
